Robert Half Technology is in nee of a Help Desk Analyst Level 1 to support a key client in the Northwestern Suburbs.
The ideal candidate will have experience with remote Help Desk support, assisting end clients in multiple industries including detail oriented services, manufacturing, and technology companies. This is an open air environment where you will work alongside a team of Help Desk Level 1, 2 and 3 analysts.
Entry level candidates are encouraged to apply. This is an environment where you will be groomed along the way and exposed to new technologies. Upward mobility is a key factor, and you can quickly advance your career up to a systems administrator with this client.
