This position is primarily a supporting role for our Customer Service group who is accountable for all aspects of order-based customer service activities for our national strategic electrical-Original Equipment Manufacturers (eOEM’s) including customer interfacing, order entry, expediting and electronic linkage for eOEM direct account customers.

This person will aid the team of CSRs to manage product forecasts, reconcile financial statements, download/create strategic account reports, and identify corrective actions to customer complaints, and execute reparations in collaboration with our plants and internal stakeholders. This positon requires a high amount of teamwork within a group of four CSRs whom this position will assist, as well as provide backup coverage


  • Work in close proximity to our account owners to coordinate activities with Schneider functional areas, manufacturing, sales, distribution and field service.
  • Prepare daily reports from SAP, bFO (Salesforce), or other Schneider systems for the following: Open Orders, Shipped Orders, On-time Delivery to reveal delays, take corrective actions, and recommend process improvements.
  • Monitor open cases queue to ensure customer complaints are being closed in a timely manner.
  • Identify and coordinate order prioritization in product delay situations by gathering the data for the CSR to determine corrective actions. In collaboration with the CSR, communicates with the plant to prevent late shipments from occurring.
  • Provide assistance with customer profile maintenance activities, order entry, delivery schedules, and expediting as needed.
  • Pro-actively solve problems with the customer in mind that results in positive feedback from peers and other internal stakeholders.
  • Utilize and maintain information in systems including SAP, MYSE, Salesforce, bFO, Quote to Cash, SE Advantage, and External Accounts Websites.
  • Position is not location specific. Any US location is acceptable.


  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively.
  • Highly organized. Flexibility and ability to prioritize, work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain a good working relationship with people inside and outside the company.
  • Customer Service and team player mindset.
  • Good working knowledge of computer systems and software, specifically Windows™ OS, and MS Office 365™ applications. An advanced working knowledge of Excel is preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
