This senior sales position is responsible for setting the strategy for new business development of electronic receivables solutions to corporate and specialized industry verticals within an assigned geographic region.
The sales consulting efforts focus on the entire process from where an invoice is created through the payment and reconciliation of that invoice. Specific responsibilities include:
• Selling solutions like:
o Transactional print (Invoices, bills & statements)
o Bill/Invoice presentment and payment
o Payment gateways
o Card processing
o Fraud solutions
• Meeting annual sales goals and sales activity targets
• Partnering with bankers and treasury management sales consultants to identify prospects and new business opportunities
• Leading the sales processes, including developing and presenting proposals and RFP’s, overseeing credit reviews, negotiating contracts, completing appropriate paperwork, and assisting in the integration of new relationships
• Consulting clients on PCI compliance requirements and other regulatory issues impacting the card processing industry
Team members support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.
