Summary: The ERP Administrator is responsible for the Epicor 10.1 software and server. Other responsibilities include analyzing business needs as well as creating and providing tools to improve user processes. This position will also be expected to provide general technical support to users in the absence of the regular IT tech to keep the business running efficiently.

Lead end user training and become an in-house resource.
Create, edit, and maintain Crystal and SSRS Reports.
Epicor Patch testing, installation, and implementation.
Epicor Server maintenance and backups.
Liaison between Epicor and company.
General IT and help desk support.
Data Conversion using the Epicor's DMT.
System Administration of Epicor 10.1 in a virtual environment.
Lead various related IT projects to move towards a more integrated environment.
Extract and manipulate data from Epicor for use by the business.
Attend the Epicor User Group conference to build relationships and network.

Proficient with Veeam Backup and Replication.
Proficient with Windows Server 2012.
Proficient with SQL Server 2012.
Knowledge of MySQL.
Knowledge of C#.
Knowledge of manufacturing or job shop environments.
Knowledge of virtualized application server environments.
Knowledge of relational databases and client/server environments.
Familiar with how to write BAQs, BPMs, and external queries.
Familiar with Spiceworks help desk.
Familiar with network administration.
Must demonstrate a quality and results driven approach.
Must demonstrate a customer and company focused attitude.
Must be an excellent troubleshooter.
Ability to communicate effectively with other employees of the organization.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to write standard documentation.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems or related field.
1-2 years' experience with SQL.
3-5 years' experience with ERP Systems.
Experience with ERP systems; Epicor preferred.
Experience with VMWare 6.0.
