The primary objective of the Associate Sales Representative (ASR) role is to expand the sales of Ethicon US, LLC products and to convert competitive products in a manner that complies with company policy and sales direction. The ASR provides support to the aligned region/division for all sales-related activities, and upon successful completion of duties, will assume territory responsibilities as a Sales Representative. The promotional move to Sales Representative may involve relocation to other parts of the Ethicon region (OH, MI, IN, KY, WV) and potentially others.
In this role, the Associate Sales Representative will be trained to understand and demonstrate proper use of our products to clinicians in an operating room setting. This position requires the ability to handle customer questions and objections in a way that is consistent with product indications and sales training methodology. Additionally, you will be expected to execute the selling cycle in a manner that is concise, professional, ethical, and which leads the customer to action.

An undergraduate Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in an applicable field is required. One or more years of business experience preferred. One or more years of relevant sales or professional experience preferred. Documentation of successful sales performance is preferred. The ability to work in a lab or operating room environment is required. A valid driver's license issued in one of the 50 United States is required.
Must be willing to relocate upon hire and later at promotion to Sales Representative.
