POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for coordinating audio visual services with Planning Managers and customers in accordance with Media Support Aramark standards of operation and safety policies.
•Take client requests by phone, email or walk-in's
•Complete client project on a daily basis
•Manage email account for event team
•Create, distribute and process work orders for client requests which will be given to event team
•Create tickets with vendors to obtain rental equipment
•Maintain availability calendar for event support
•Respond back to client requests in a timely manor
•Be able handle last minute requests, changes and cancellation
•Assist event team with room setups as needed
•Perform all other duties as assigned
•Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and SharePoint
•Experience with TMA is a plus
•Must be able to budget time in an efficient manner
•Clean and current driver's license and record
•Must be able to lift, push and carry up to 50 pounds
•Read and understand diagrams
•Position will also offer other support Aramark departments during slower times
