Event Concierge

The Event Concierge will help attendees plan their event effectively and ensure they get the best value from the conference by:

• Giving them an overview of the program
• Recommending which sessions to attend based on their current initiatives or interests
• Organizing One-on-One analyst appointments
• Helping them register for workshops and roundtables
• Connecting them with other attendees
• Connecting them with relevant exhibitors through facilitated meetings
• Assisting clients onsite during the event
• Flawless client experience; successful results will be demonstrated by increased attendee Exhibitor meetings and high satisfaction from attendees on their experience
• Assist in the development of scalable and consistent processes
• Effective engagement and collaboration with external partners and local teams

Job Requirements:
• At least 1-3 year experience in the events industry

• Significant customer service experience
• Familiarity with IT / Technology preferred
• Proven ability to interact with clients in customer service/relationship management role
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong client focused/ customer service skills
• Competent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Stellar interpersonal skills and passion for providing the highest quality service possible
• Strong client focused/ customer service skills
• Personable with attention to detail
• Strong oral & written communication skills
