Project Manager, Event Strategic Operations

Oversee processes that impact the Global CIO events portfolio in order to help our global team work more effectively and efficiently.
  • Hone and improve the attendee projection models which help our teams better predict overall event attendance and prepare to deliver the best onsite experience for our attendees
  • Partner with our centers of excellence to project manage cross functional teams in the consistent execution of event planning processes
  • Oversee the event evaluation wrap up process by providing our teams with resources and guidance for post event analysis and areas of focus for year-over-year improvements
  • Oversee the implementation of pilot programs that introduce new and exciting technology into our largest events for potential global rollout

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree; Masters Degree preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience in Project Management, Consulting, Administration or Customer Service, conference or event experience preferred
  • Proven ability to work on a cross-functional teams
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to leverage data to problem solve
  • Passion for travel and a desire to work with a global team
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to speak/write clearly and persuasively
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong analytical skills to deliver programs and strategies that effectively address business issues
  • Ability to efficiently prioritize and plan work activities in a dynamic work environment
  • Consistent demonstration of integrity, collaboration, no-limits mindset, objectivity, and delivering results consistently
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
