A brighter future is in your hands.  We're currently seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant. The Executive Administrative Assistant will represent the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Confidence, polished communication skills, strong technical skills, professionalism and
the ability to adapt to change
are a must. This individual must be comfortable interacting with all levels of individuals from inside and outside the organization and maintain a calm demeanor when operating under the pressures of an executive office.


What you'll do:


  • Plan, coordinate and ensure the CEO's schedule is optimized while ensuring efficient flow and communication with the office of the CEO


  • Develop and manage complex and frequently changing travel itinerary for multiple executives.  

    Have a strong understanding of the different car, hotel and airline options that travelers may use.

  • Provide cross-functional communication between the CEO and internal and external functions

  • Communicate with other external EA's on the CEO's behalf

  • Provide support and coordination on executive programs and assignments

  • Manage logistics for strategic partnership and Board meetings and other executive meetings on the CEO's behalf

  • Research and follow through on special projects for the CEO and the executive team

Skills we're seeking:


  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience in an administrative capacity supporting C-level executives and/or founder/CEO positions

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to express themselves assertively and sensibly

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrate proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability

  • Demonstrate ability to handle issues with tact and discretion

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple, competing tasks

  • Highly autonomous and resourceful team-player
