Job Duties
• Serve as first point of contact for visitors; manager and customers phone calls
• Schedule meetings and maintain Senior Vice President and General Managers calendar with high degree of accuracy
• Arrange domestic and international travel for SVP & GME and his senior staff, create detailed itineraries with travel and meeting information, process late travel changes, monitor status throughout trip, and process reimbursements
• Board of Directors relations: Schedule quarterly meetings; assist with production of quarterly presentation book
• Assist with Development event planning and coordination
• Provide administrative support to Operations Leader as needed
• Various administrative projects and responsibilities

• Strong verbal and written communications skills; ability to write formal business letters
• Professional presentation and conduct; ability to work with high profile/high net worth individuals
• Proven project management skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Organized with attention to detail
• Flexible and versatile; ability to multi-task and prioritize competing responsibilities
• Composed during sudden high priority demands; responsive to changing priorities
• Highly responsible with sensitive and confidential information

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of executive assistant and/or administrative experience
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and database management systems
