OfficeTeam are looking for an Executive Assistant to be responsible for all clerical/administrative support for several C-Level Company Executives at an exciting Tech Company here in San Francisco. Job Responsibilities: ~ Plan, coordinate, and arrange schedules, calls and conference calls, meetings, travel, webinars, etc. ~ Answer calls and e-mails, make calls, take messages, handle executive correspondence, etc. ~ Prepare various documents and handle confidential matters in accordance with policies and procedures. ~ Knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, and systems. ~ Works closely with executives making sure all communication is accurate and authorized. ~ Compose and type letters, dictation, proof reading, correspondence, filing, organization, etc. ~ Opens, sorts, distributes mail and e-mail ~ Maintains strictest confidentiality ~ Handle multiple projects at once ~ Perform other duties as assigned and as requested
