Position Summary As an Executive Assistant, you will support three different VP's within the Human Resources department for a leading company in the electronic signature space. You'll be responsible for a wide range of day-to-day responsibilities, all of which will require coordination, prioritization and administrative support. Using your exceptional communication skills and multi-tasking abilities, you'll effectively help manage the executives' time and help make the team as efficient as possible.
As the Executive Assistant your responsibilities will include: • Perform administrative tasks including: calendar management, international and domestic travel arrangements, help with preparing and tracking purchase orders. • Arrange and coordinate logistics for off-site meetings and private dinners • Help daily appointments and business obligations • Complete expense reports in a timely fashion • Perform other admin related functions delegated or assigned
