Our client, is looking for a Executive Assistant to their HR Director. They are looking for a candidate that expresses a professinal atittude while thinking 'outside the box'.

Assist VP of HR. This includes daily calendar printing, calendar entry/maintenance, contact maintenance, file maintenance, and any other tasks as requested.
Coordinate and book travel for HR Sr. Director
Remit and reconcile expenses for HR Sr. Director
Arrange meetings for HR Sr. Director, including conference rooms, call-in numbers, agendas, record and distribute as required
Answer general HR and basic benefits questions for associates in person and via phone as needed
Coordinate (or help with coordinating) associate activities/events, including, but not limited to: HR meetings/lunches, associate recognition trips, holiday events, etc.
Responsible for timely and accurate data entry, data collection and production of reports (weekly, monthly, etc.) to support HR Sr. Director and HR team as needed
Customize queries to extract info from SAP system as requested
Obtain HR Sr. Director signature on POs and invoices
Help maintain PTO and event calendar for HR team
Schedule and coordinate bi-weekly HR leadership meeting, including recording and distributing action items post-meeting
Assist HR Admin with filing as needed
Complete any other requested administrative duties timely and accurately
Process and maintain P-card for all 3 HR (DC & CC) locations
Comunicate with corporate executives (770 & others)
Assist with administrative task such as filing, copying, scanning, asnwering phones and assisting associate with general HR questions
Assist with HR monthly/weekly reports via Excel
Support the local HR team

High school diploma or GED
Experience in an HR environment preferred
Proficient computer skills ¿ Microsoft Office, internet, intranet, e-mail programs
SAP experience preferred
Demonstrates attention to detail; produces accurate work
Analytical and problem solving skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong Excel knowledge/skills including creating/editing formulas and pivot tables
Ability to prioritize tasks without direction
Flexible/able to work overtime as needed
Proficient at multitasking
Strong interpersonal skills
Must be able to communicate effectively both written and verbally with all levels of the organization as well as the public
Confidentiality is a must
Team Player
Interact with associates as needed
Complete assigned projects accurately and on time
