Current Need

The RelayHealth Intelligence team has a need to bring a strong Executive Assistant on to our team. This is a critical role that supports the Sr. Vice President / General Manager of the business unit in all administrative tasks (calendaring, travel and expenses), as well as effectively collaborates with several other Executive Assistants throughout the business.

The Executive Assistant is responsible for:

  • Providing proactive administrative support on a daily basis, such as:

    • Proactively managing calendars; primary for SVP/GM and back-up for other VPs within the business

    • Setting up and coordinating internal and external meetings, customer visits and conferences

    • Answering telephones and directing calls

    • Coordinating travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries

    • Managing travel expense reimbursement, enter and process expense reports in a timely manner

  • Administering organization charts, with support of entire administrative team, for the business unit

  • Supporting, and often leading, projects and events across the BU and/or in the Emeryville office


Minimum Requirements
8+ years advanced administrative support experience working with senior level executives within and outside the company, customers, visitors, and other dignitaries.

Critical Skills

To be successful in this role, the Executive Assistant should be:

  • Experienced in supporting Vice President and above executives
  • Proven in establishing and maintaining working relationships with all levels of administrative support
  • Fully able to utilize all MS Office products such as: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Experienced within a large, matrixed organization; high tech experience preferred
  • Great at working proactively, organizing multiple priorities and using superior communication skills
  • Adept at working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
HS Diploma, Vocational Training, Professional Certification or Equivalent. An AA degree is preferred.
