PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
**·** Prepares PowerPoint presentations, reports and other materials for team and business meetings. May attend team meetings; take and distribute minutes, follow up on action items.
**·** May partner and work directly with other administrative assistants.
**·** Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
**·** Interacts and establishes networking relationships with outside customers/high-level executives/administrative assistants in a professional manner.
**·** Drafts own responses based on knowledge of the organization's policy, procedures or particular situation. Has knowledge of organizational structure and maintains organizational charts.
**·** Makes travel and lodging arrangements as required. Monitors vacations, schedules and calendars. Organizes meetings and meeting logistics.
**·** Develop marketing strategies for projects, including internal websites and social media.
**·** Execute small marketing programs autonomously and larger ones within cross-functional project teams.
**·** Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines.
**·** Develop and communicate marketing plans, results and project recommendations to management team.
