This is a 4 month temporary assignment with a well-known company in Midtown Manahattan.
You will be covering a maternity leave for 4 months, There is strong potential for this to become a permanent job because our client has transitioned previous temporary Executive Assistants into permanent roles!
At least 3 years of administrative experience
Must have experience making international and domestic travel arrangements
Manage complex calendars
Ability to work in a fast paced office
Capable of supporting a team or senior level executives
