Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a current Executive Administrator in the Mason Area. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. As an Executive Administrator, you will be supporting various managers and directors within the department, managing calendars, and scheduling travel. Responsibilities for this Executive Administrator job include:
•Maintain various managers' and directors' calendars, travel arrangements, and meetings
•Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies
•Work with confidential information within the department
•Complete forms in accordance with company procedures
•Review work done by others to check for correct spelling and grammar, ensure that company format policies are followed, and recommend revisions as needed
•Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports
•Associates degree preferred.
•3+ years in a support function role- supporting managers or directors
•Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
•Engaging and positive personality within the workplace
•Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills; able to multi-task
•High integrity with very confidential information
•Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
This position is a first shift opportunity, 40 hours a week and a great way to work with a reputable company.
The pay for this position starts at $18 an hour.
