The Customer Solutions Center (CSC) provides Sales and Customer Service support of key insurance and protection products within the Americas business. The group is committed to making every customer experience efficient and helping customers pursue more from life. CSC has more than 33 million customer contacts per year, supports 16 products, and has 26 unique call groups supporting these products.


A candidate has been identified



  • Composes correspondence expressing manager's viewpoint.
  • Routes call to appropriate party(s).
  • Obtains and gives standard information to callers.
  • Coordinates department's administrative activities; may recommend improvements to administrative procedures.
  • Maintains documents and records following administrative policies.


  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years administrative experience
  • 1-2 + years work experience in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
  • In order to post for this position, you need the proper work authorization to work in the country where the position is located and not require relocation assistance.
