Executive Assistant needed for very proactive Chairman/ Owner to be based in Middleburg, VA. Must be able to think on one's own, be a career Executive Assistant, advanced MS Office skills Excel, Word, PowerPoint, highly resourceful and analytical, professional, possess a strong sense of urgency and close attention to detail.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

General administrative duties in support of the Chairman/ Owner including proactive calendar management; meeting planning; mail processing; diligent telephone coverage with gate-keeping expectations.
Maintains current organizational files, coordinates all copying needs, and orders office supplies.
Prepare a wide variety of correspondence including letters, reports, meeting minutes, presentation materials, and personal communications. Transcribe and disseminate corporate/ confidential communication.
Manages internal and external contacts for the Chairman, proactively understanding and responding appropriately.
Perform advanced professional and personal duties to include heavy business and social calendar management, scheduling events, appointments, and meetings.
Compile and analyze data; prepare reports, agendas, and materials used in executive presentations.
Prioritizes multiple conflicting tasks; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.

You must have:

A Bachelor's degree (required)
5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives
High attention to detail is critical and the ability to effectively handle highly confidential/sensitive information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills required.
Logical and analytical
Ability to maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure. Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
