The associate will provide administrative support to the Law organization in the Charlotte office of Brighthouse Financial. The associate will be joining a team of legal professionals who are responsible for providing support in the following areas: the corporate secretary’s office, litigation, employment law, life products, and procurement.
Responsibilities include: scheduling meetings using Outlook, making travel arrangements, preparing and submitting subsequent employee expense reimbursements, typing letters, memoranda and reports using PC programs and software; maintaining attendance records for the group; filing, organizing incoming and outgoing mail as well as ordering supplies.
