SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative support duties related to payroll and payroll taxes. The position works under the specific instruction and direction of the Payroll Tax Team and may provide some administrative support to other areas in the Payroll Department. Incumbents are regularly responsible for dealing professionally with confidential information while performing several aspects of assigned work. The work involves dealing professionally with highly confidential information that, if inadvertently released or updated in error, could cause significant financial harm or lead to identity theft for employees and could also lead to legal exposure for the company.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

Assisting with payroll tax audits and testing
Assisting with year-end tasks and processing
Assisting with payroll tax projects
Help update documentation and SOP's
Filing, data entry and other payroll tax items as identified


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Payroll and/or Payroll Tax Experience
Organized
Detailed
Able to handle/view confidential information
Experience with PeopleSoft software preferred


Shift Times: 8:00 - 4:30 with some flexibility


This is a 3+ month assignment with possible extension and permanent opportunities.
