The US M&O Cloud and Enterprise team is looking for an experienced Executive Business Administrator to support the General Manager and team.

We are looking for a strong team player who will demonstrate drive and initiative and have a positive and professional approach! Daily responsibilities include managing and prioritizing a complex calendar for the GM; coordinating meetings, events logistics and catering; arranging the GM's travel plans; planning morale events and team off-sites; and maintaining the group's aliases.

We are looking for a demonstrated ability to: - Prioritize and manage complex schedules - Problem-solve with strong attention to detail - Change direction as needed in response to a variety of work situations - Accommodate working styles and perspectives of diverse individuals - Maintain confidentiality - Prioritize work and resources and solve routine problems effectively Additional responsibilities include supporting the team who reports to the GM. Team support includes office space planning; headcount support; new hire set up; equipment and office supplies purchasing; approving expense reports; and tracking equipment. Effective written and verbal communications skills are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, & Excel required, and a BA/BS degree is preferred.

Basic Qualifications: - Minimum of 3+ years of demonstrated work experience in a fast-paced administrative capacity - Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience using Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) - Knowledge of MS internal tools such as MyOrder, MSS, HeadTrax, Informa, MSAuthorize, AssetLink, MSExpense, MSSpace, Eventions and MSTravel
