The Executive Director of International Services will establish, develop and manage a world-class international services program, coordinating and connecting international patients to treatment and care within St. David's HealthCare. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Implement a personalized, comprehensive international patient program
- Oversee international services department financially and operationally
- Provide input into strategic planning and lead business development efforts to increase market share in existing global markets and identify new market opportunities
- Guide the development of marketing collaterals and patient education and resources
Experience in customer service or patient focused environments, ability to cultivate international relationship, excellent communication and presentation skills, strategic planning and execution, proven track-record of operations, excellence and cultivating successful relationships at both the executive and non-executive level, ability to operate under minimal supervision and direction.Qualifications: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Required: MBA, MHA or other applicable advanced degree.
Experience in health care setting.
Preferred: Minimum of 10 years of practical, clinical experience Preferred Experience: Direct experience with established international programs - with a proven track record in building the infrastructure, engaging international partners, building an effective team to manage and grow international programs. Experience managing international patient services for multiple service lines.
