We are looking for a Help Desk professional, the Help Desk role is for Help Desk professionals that have experience with troubleshooting internet connectivity, exchange, 365, printer connections as well as many other ticket issues as they are sent in. Call Center experience is preferred for this Help Desk role. Large opportunity for growth in this position Ideal Help Desk professional will have 2 years of experience and consistently reach KPI standards with a focus on an IT career path Active Directory Windows 7/8/10 Office 365 MS Operating Systems Resolving Help Desk Tickets in timely manner, tracking data reporting to manager Answer incoming calls, password resets, internet connectivity, printer network issues, etc. Contact Nathan.Emmett@rht.com
