Executive Support Technician

-Problem solving skills to resolve information technology issues for executives and admins
-Provide consultation on company wide Information Technology rollouts and initiatives

-Proficient at smartphone devices, applications, backups, restores for iPhones and Droid’s 
-Develop positive relationships and manage inquiries from vendors and internal customers 
-Track processes for documenting all technology issues and resolutions

-Provide hardware and software support for laptops and tablets including Mac’s

- Proficient with Windows 10, Windows 7, and Mac O/S

-Document technical requirements and maintain consistency across the multiple locations 
-Utilize audio and video equipment including sound engineering, video engineering, and personal computer network management 

-Must be able to keep tight controls around hardware

- Provide testing and troubleshooting for IT and AV Equipment

- Travel to remote locations and satellite offices

- Assist Exec and admins remotely through remote desktop software

- Assist with training of global changes affecting IT community (Skype, Office Anywhere)

- Maintain proper SLA requirements

-High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification or military experience
-At least 2 years of experience in Customer service, including direct support of executive level customers 

-Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Business 
-Microsoft Certifications 
-1+ years of experience in Help Desk or PC support 
-5+ years of experience in Customer service, including direct support of executive level customers
