Iconic Tech Company in Playa Vista looking for a facilities assistant to join their team. The Facilities Assistant will be responsible for covering the front desk, distributing mail, meeting room set up, assisting with setting up workstations and working with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues. This is a great opportunity for someone who's comfortable wearing multiple hats and who's looking for something more than a regular 9-5. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of front desk, administrative or facilities experience, exposure to the Microsoft Office Suite, strong customer service skills and a proven ability to thrive in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
