Current Need

Position Description
Supports facilities staff by performing maintenance duties such as furniture moving, maintenance and repair of office equipment, simple electrical projects, spot painting or cleaning, light construction or exterior clean-up. May work with outside contractors on facilities and equipment repairs. May be involved in other activities such as mail deliveries, paper recycling, inter-office transportation, and stocking of coffee areas. May be involved in ensuring regulatory complainces.


Position Summary (Purpose of job):


Key Responsibilities (List the top five to seven essential responsibilities in priority order.) 




Minimum Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities):

Education/Training – Back ground in electronics/electrical technology a must.

PC background preferred (emphasis on PC forensics/disaster recovery)

Mechanical trade or technical school preferred, with aptitude for HPA systems troubleshooting.




Business Experience –  Minimum business experience required, but ability to learn how they directly impact the business in terms of costing, supplies, impact to customer, etc.




Specialized Knowledge/Skills – AC/DC emergency circuit repair

                                          Fluid Power systems

                                          Backup and emergency power routing and distribution technologies






Working Conditions:

Environment (Office, warehouse, etc.) –

·         Typical warehouse environment


Physical Requirements (Lifting, standing, etc.) –

  • Large percent of time performing tedious tasks in varying positions (stooping, standing, kneeling, etc).
  • Ability to lift/carry 50lbs unassisted a MUST
