OfficeTeam is looking for an experienced and innovative Facilities Manager in the Menlo Park area. Do you enjoy meeting new people and seeing new environments on a daily basis? As a Facilities Manager, you are responsible for: -Maintaining the buildings and grounds of the organization -Managing staff and assistants with their schedules, procedures, and assigned area -Overseeing overall performance and the quality of the equipment -Scheduling daily and weekly cleaning, repairs and maintenance, projects, and safety inspections -Managing the budget for supplies, equipment, repairs, and other work done by outside vendors -Creating budgets, reports, and standards -Communicating with clients, vendors, maintenance and janitorial crew, and staff/assistants -Performing quality control checks -Taking charge of any special projects that may come up If interested and experienced, please email your resume in WORD format to: carly.tristao@officeteam.com AND kristy.pak@officeteam.com AND rachel.martin@officeteam.com
