Adecco direct-hire group currently has an opening for a Facilities Manager located in Las Vegas, NV. This position will allow you to use your technical and mechanical skills to achieve operational excellence in a fast-paced, highly energetic environment. Duties include location and organization of parts, assembly of equipment and supplies, maintenance of the facility, inventory management and operation of fork trucks and pallet jacks. This position has an excellent employment package and strong growth potential.

As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for:

Assembly of equipment including basic electro-mechanical devices and office supplies
Logistics responsibilities including: location and organization of supplies; working with vendors and suppliers; and travelling between facilities and vendors locations
Accurately monitor and update inventory programs
Basic facilities maintenance duties such as cleaning, organization and documentation
Operation of power equipment such as fork lifts and pallet jacks
Ability to follow instruction from the Logistics manager


4-plus years of experience in a high-energy, detail-focused facility management environment
Openness and willingness to do whatever is needed for the team to be successful
Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
Superior organizational skills with outstanding follow-through
Strong computer skills in MS Office and inventory management programs
