Responsibilities may be quite diverse of an exempt technical nature. U.S. experience and education requirements will vary significantly depending on the unique needs of the job. Job assignments are usually for the summer or for short periods during breaks from school. You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research and relevant previous job and/or internship experience. Minimum Requirements
- The candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental or Civil Engineering (or closely related field).
- The candidate must have unrestricted right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
Inside this Business Group
- Demonstrated application of sound engineering principles and technical problem solving.
- Experience in facilities, liquid, industrial waste treatment systems, chemical piping, chemical analytical testing, water treatment, gas delivery systems or Ultra-Pure Water.
- Experience with mechanical equipment (pumps, valves, etc)
- Knowledge of heat and/or mass transfer theory
- Knowledge of statistical methods, including Statistical Process Control.
