The Facility Space Planner will be using existing store or merchandise plans to modify the design and space in a way that promotes an enjoyable and hassle-free shopping experience for the consumer. Facility Space Planner job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Responsible for selection and placement of fixtures, interior retail store space planning and design, and merchandise layout for nationwide chain store renovations utilizing CAD.
Planners will take part in analyzing store performance data on a national level to create sales floor layouts that best supports store sales, maximizes productivity of space, while enhancing the customer shopping experience.
Coordinates with internal staff of architects, engineers, analysts, interior designers and other teams to ensure designs meet those customers' needs.
Bachelors degree of Interior Design or Architecture
Space planning utilizing varying CAD software applications such as AutoCAD or Microstation.
Revit and Photoshop experience may be helpful.
