- Extensive Accenture system knowledge including SAP, Siebel, reporting, interfaces, etc.
- 2 years of SAP experience
- Advanced knowledge associated with Customer Relationship Management software (i.e. Siebel, CostPoint, ATAS, Hireright, SharePoint etc.)
- Advanced skills/knowledge of Accenture processes including: Contact Center & Transactions, Records & Absence Management, Reporting & Compliance and HR Admin Support, and the LAT tool
- Familiarity with Business Continuity planning and implementation
- Familiarity with data protection & security
- H&PS/Federal Government industry knowledge
