Basic Qualifications:

Preferred Skills:

  • Extensive Accenture system knowledge including SAP, Siebel, reporting, interfaces, etc.
  • 2 years of SAP experience
  • Advanced knowledge associated with Customer Relationship Management software (i.e. Siebel, CostPoint, ATAS, Hireright, SharePoint etc.)
  • Advanced skills/knowledge of Accenture processes including:  Contact Center & Transactions, Records & Absence Management, Reporting & Compliance and HR Admin Support, and the LAT tool
  • Familiarity with Business Continuity planning and implementation
  • Familiarity with data protection & security
  • H&PS/Federal Government industry knowledge
