- Minimum of 2 years of client facing work experience developing Java
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience with J2EE frameworks (e.g. Spring, JSF) or ORM tools (e.g. Hibernate)
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience using Java development tools (e.g. Eclipse, JUnit, Subversion)
- Experience with Java Application Servers (WebSphere or WebLogic)or Open Source Application Servers (i.e. JBoss)
- Experience with other Spring frameworks (Integration, Batch, Security, MVC etc.)
- Experience with rules platform and rules maintenance architectures
- Experience with Rules Package solutions (Blaze, iLog, Pega, etc) or Open Source Rules Engine (i.e. Drools)
- Experience with source control management (SVN, GIT, Mercurial, CVS)
- Architecture design experience and design patterns
- Performance testing
- Previous consulting experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Technical Science
