Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years Contact Center Assessment, Strategy, & Transformation experience
  • Minimum 4 years Contact Center Operations experience
  • Minimum 6 years Omni-channel Customer Service experience
  • Minimum 6 years CRM experience
  • Minimum 8 years project management experience
  • Strong financial analysis and business case development skills
  • Excellent client relationship development skills
  • Strong communication (written and oral) skills
  • Experience in both sales (minimum 6 years) and delivery (minimum 10 years)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.com, Oracle service Cloud, Pega Contact Center, MS Dynamics, ServiceNow
  • Experience with telephony tools like Cisco, Avaya, Genesys, InContact
  • Experience with workforce management and quality management tools like NICE and Verint
 
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
