Position Summary:



Required Qualifications:

· Excellent oral and written communication skills


· Demonstrated presentation and training skills in a classroom
environment


· Proven understanding and application of Adult Learning Theory


· Previous experience in a “line” department function or equivalent


· Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization


· Ability to display a commitment to promoting team spirit and
working collaboratively to achieve team goal


· Ability to travel to up to 75% of the locations within the Region


· Position may require a flexible work schedule to accommodate
business needs



Preferred Qualifications:

· In-line Rx experience




· CPhT certified




· Strong facilitation and time management skills




· Ability to build strong relationships




· Ability to influence all levels



Education:

· High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred




· PTCB
certified




· Must
maintain a valid California Pharmacy Technician license
