RESPONSIBILITIES Leads, implements and troubleshoots advanced and complex technical solutions Resolves escalated break/fix troubleshooting customer issues Subject matter expert in a single technology area Has knowledge of multiple operating systems and works comfortably in complex environments Contributes to the development of common practices. Performs troubleshooting for escalated issues, upgrades and deployments for complex environments Has in-depth knowledge of a majority of products Provides guidance to lower level technical specialist on specific functional tasks
