Field Marketers are market and segment experts responsible for planning, organizing and
executing programs that either will generate new opportunities or advance existing ones while

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
+ Captures customer insights and conducts win/loss analysis: develops hypotheses on the GTMstrategy and commercialization plan in the region, aligned with sales funnel and sales relatedmetrics (conversion rates, customer retention etc.)
+ Integrated Regional Marketing Plan: leads the development of the annual marketing activationplan that ensures the execution of coherent and impactful campaigns
+ Is a regional leader for the Upstream Bioprocessing business and provides global marketingmarket segment and application insights. Initiates regionalized marketing materials, as needed,based on global messaging and positioning guidelines.
+ Commercial activation support: develops and executes marketing programs aligned with globalmarketing initiatives and regional commercial strategy
+ Installed Based Marketing: leads install base marketing programs to increase share of wallet,drive retention & Customer loyalty
+ Demand Creation & Funnel Acceleration: responsible for the development and execution ofdemand creation & funnel acceleration tactics. These support product and solution commerciallaunch plans and install base marketing initiatives

+ Measures effectiveness of all relevant marketing activity in the region
+ Sales Enablement: ensures that the sales teams are properly trained and equipped with theright materials and tools required for the execution of growth strategies
Quality Specific Goals:
+ Aware of and complies with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, QualityManagement Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this jobtype/position.
+ Completes all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
+ Identifies and reports any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective actionas required.
+ Responsible for ensuring legal and regulatory approval of all marketing communications priorto external release
+ Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing, product marketing or related field in hightechnology markets
+ Team oriented - ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
+ Influencing skills - ability to motivate individuals and demonstrate organizational influence,both within GE and with our channel partners
+ Willingness and ability to travel within U.S and Canada and occasionally Europe.
+ Excellent oral and written communications skills. Capable and comfortable with telephone andvideo conference presenting.
+ Strong analytical and process skills
+ MBA or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
+ 8+ years' experience in marketing, product marketing or related field
+ Knowledge of adjacent markets i.e. applied segments, diagnostics and customer applications
+ Experience in a commercial environment. For example; sales, key account management, salesmanagement, marketing, scientific support and/or training.
+ Strong time management, organizational, and administrative skills.
+ Willingness and ability to take on additional responsibilities and undertake challenging tasksand/or global projects.
+ Demonstrated ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization.
+ A high degree of self-motivation.
+ Standard computer skills-experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook orequivalents.
