We are looking for an experienced field service technician who will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing equipment. The technician will install, trouble-shoot, inspect and repair a wide variety of devices such as DVR's, IP/Analog CCTV cameras, Alarms, Access Control equipment, hardware and software upgrades, computer network devices, and Point of Sale (POS) equipment as well as related Peripherals.

We are partners with VeriFone POS, Retalix software, 3XLogic CCTV, Image Vault DVR's, DMP alarms, Lenovo, and Microsoft so prior experience is a plus but, not required.

You will start using DMP alarm panels and also use Cisco network gear at their customers.

This position will also require technicians to complete work on ladders and lifts.

The following equipment will be installed for Sunoco: DMP alarm panels, door contacts, motion detectors, some sites will have IP Axis cameras, taking out existing DVR's, plugging in Analog based CCTV to encoders, speakers, mic kit, interface for audio recording, cabinet with head-end equipment (switch, mini PC, data-com cabling CAT5)

Top Skills Required:

1. 2+ years of commercial experience installing, servicing and troubleshooting IP/Analog CCTV/DVR and burglar alarm equipment in commercial environments.
2. 2+ years of commercial experience pulling, terminating and troubleshooting structured cabling (CAT5, CAT6)
3. 2+ years of prior experience working with PC hardware and software, as well as, having a LAN networking understanding.
