Job Location: Bloomfield, CT
Global Operations (Global Ops) focuses on creating positive experiences for MetLife customers and helping the company make the best use of its global resources. Provides service to the intermediary market by supporting sales staff in the internal and external post-sale activities associated with the acquisition of new business and in maintaining existing client relationships. For the assigned book of business, consisting of customers with 100 – 4,999 lives, this position is responsible for working with internal partners to resolve escalated issues, end to end commission related inquires, requesting needed plan performance reporting, active participation in the implementation process, and coordinating attendance for/conducting enrollment meetings and benefit fairs for MetLife customers.
