Position Description
- Schedule and organize the dispatch of domestic and international Field Service Specialists for on-site visits.
- Spare part ordering and Field Service car stock management.
- Communicate with internal/external customers.
- Co-ordinate and conduct follow up activities.

Position Requirements
- Experience in scheduling and dispatching of field based personnel.
- Experience with standard computer software (MS Office).
- Experience with customer relation management software and SAP system.
- Fluent in English in reading and writing.
- Willingness and experience to provide service and solutions to highest standards.
- Excellent communicative skills.
- Highly motivated and constantly willing to learn new things.
- Good phone skills.

Personal Requirements:
- Poise under pressure.
- Ability to prioritize incoming tasks.
- Capable of managing people and situations with out being a manager.
- Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods of time.
- Customer service oriented.
- Attention to detail.
- A win win attitude.
