Adecco Engineering & Technology is currently recruiting for an ongoing contract Field Service Printer Support Specialist Job located in Columbus, CA. This is with our client in the healthcare industry, providing printer volume and device management and data security process improvement solutions for the nation's leading hospitals and health systems.
Field Service Printer Support Specialist Responsibilities are:
Provide daily customer service and support of network and workstation printers.
Respond to customer support requests and ensure they are resolved quickly, accurately and professionally.
Track and update service calls in a log and/or helpdesk application.
Collect printer meter reads (usage info) and distribute toner.
Maintain accurate device inventory.
Train end -user on how to make best use of print devices.
Provide 24/7 on call rotation, regional coverage for multiple locations.
High School Diploma or GED.
Valid driver's license with safe driving record.
In-person/retail customer service experience.
Team player attitude.
PC savvy with strong MS Office skills with emphasis in MS Excel.
