Pay Rate/Salary: $35000-45000 / Year
This is a full time, hourly position. The Field Technician is responsible for handling first and second level support of service requests and onsite service requests. This relates to all technology, to include: workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor specific hardware and software.
IT Support relating to issues with the internal systems and network infrastructure
Support services for Microsoft related technologies: Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, etc.
Support services for virtualization technologies: Microsoft
Technical services and support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
Administer hosted and cloud solutions for clients using technologies that meet their requirements
Support disaster recovery solutions
Remote access solution support: VPN, Terminal Services
Monitor the remote monitoring and management system alerts and notifications, and respond accordingly through service tickets
Administration and maintenance of the remote monitoring and management system: update agent scripts, respond to alerts, monitor dashboard, and periodic system review
Document maintenance for all computer systems and network infrastructure
Communication with clients as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages
System documentation maintenance and review of ConnectWise
Job Requirements �Bachelor�s Degree in Management Information Systems or at least 4 year� work experience
�Microsoft Certified Professional
�The ability to perform net admin responsibilities for clients on a weekly basis.
�The ability to lead projects and stay on budget.
