Our client is in need of an experienced service technician for a full time, direct placement role. The company is very well established and has experienced tremendous growth over the past 5 years. This opportunity provides a company vehicle, laptop, cell phone, attire, and the necessary tools/equipment.

This technician will be required to install, trouble-shoot, inspect and repair a wide variety of devices such as DVR's, IP/Analog CCTV cameras, alarms, access control equipment, hardware and software upgrades, computer network devices, and Point of Sale (POS) equipment. This position will also provide a technician an opportunity to receive in-depth training on cutting-edge POS systems, security equipment, and IT hardware/software.

Qualified candidates should have the following experience:
  • 2 years of experience installing and troubleshooting IP/Analog CCTV/DVR's as well as security alarms in commercial environments.
  • 2 years of experience pulling and terminating low-voltage cable (CAT5, CAT5e, CAT6, CATa, Coaxial, etc.) in commercial environments.
  • 2 years of experience networking hardware and a basic PC knowledge


Candidates must be available to travel out of town for work and training assignments up to 2 weeks at a time and also be willing to support a 90+ mile radius around the greater Richmond, VA area.

Candidates will also be required to pass a background, drug and driving check if offered the position.
