Retail / Apple experience is a plus, but emphasis will be placed on customer service and enterprise technical experience. Apple iOS and OSX experience is a must as well along with traditional Wintel enterprise hardware and software experience.

Customer Service is biggest issue for tech bar. They probably split 60-40 between laptops troubleshooting and mobile phones. They give loaners, fix led screens, replace motherboards, build computers, data retrieval, SCCM imaging and basic mobile phone and email troubleshooting.

SUMMARY: Responsible for troubleshooting and repairing complex computer hardware problems utilizing advanced tools and manufacturer resources. Microsoft A+, Network+ and MCSA or MCDST certifications required; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Incumbent is also expected to maintain additional certifications, such as MCP, A+, MCSDE, CompTIA. SKILLS: Analytical, communication and planning skills required.
