Field Test Lead

• Responsible to interpret Operator test specifications and define test campaign to complete certification
• Define test campaign(s), test locations and test case assignments to meet operator requirements
• Define setup, execute and report measurement results per test specification
• Generate accurate daily test reports, collating multiple test site daily reports and track reported issues
• Working closely with engineering to isolate and debug issues; Respond within 24 hours to all retest requests from development team
• Disposition issues with appropriate corrective actions to resolve issues in timely manner
• Self-directed and motivated to be successful in this environment
• Strong technical writing skills and the ability to generate technical documents defining and describing product issues and resolution details
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Occasional travel is required to cover field testing, internal planning and customer meetings. This includes North and South America, Europe and APAC
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelors of Science plus 6 years' experience or a Master Degree or greater in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience with Sprint live network Field Testing
• 6 years of experience with GSM, UMTS and LTE Protocols
• 6 years of experience with Cellular Network Debug Tools
• 6 years of experience with Field Testing of Cellular Products (GSM, UMTS and LTE)
• 6 years of experience with Microsoft Windows Office
• 6 years of experience as project manager or technical management
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience/knowledge in development of wireless products
• Experience/knowledge in detailed debug log collection and analysis
• Experience with US and/or Canada Operator field test
