In this position, you will be expected to manage and maintain physical and digital filing systems, operate office equipment, and complete general office work. This file clerk role is could last till the end of this year and could potentially turn into a full time permanent opportunity. Key responsibilities - Able to show strong file management, including gathering and indexing, across and with various departments and employees - Help employees complete diverse projects as necessary - File documents properly as part of quality control related tasks - Field and answer questions about records and files - Within specified guidelines, order high volume of letters, memoranda, invoices, and other indexed documents - Retrieving data within allotted time frames - Handle clerical tasks like word processing, filing, scanning, archiving, and faxing
