How you will make an impact - Offer assistance as necessary for other employees on diverse projects - Retrieving data within allotted time frames - Handle documents and tasks related to faxing, archiving, scanning, filing, and word processing - Able to show strong file management, including gathering and indexing, across and with various departments and employees - Manage quality control of documents to ensure proper filing - Using specific guidelines, arrange high volumes of memoranda, letters, invoices, and other indexed documents
