Robert Half Healthcare Practice is looking to add a financial coordinator to a quickly growing and tight knit team at a fertility clinic. If interested submit your resume immediately to Sophia at sophia.hussain@roberthalf.com.

Duties: • Reviews the schedule on a daily basis to determine if all new patients have their insurance matters in order (e.g. referrals, pre-certifications.. etc) before starting their IVF cycle. • Consults with patients regarding their financial responsibility, current benefits and limitations on coverage for their plan product, and payment options. • Prepares daily claim forms and submit to insurance • On a daily basis, updates A/R spreadsheet with new charges, payments, and relevant notes as needed. • Work directly with insurance representative to confirm all claims are submitted successfully and payments are being processed on time. • Participates in the implementation of procedures to improve the quality of work being processed • Ability to reconcile the financial aspect of IVF cycles after completion. This requires detailed training on all services performed and how to analyze and determine which services were provided verses services not performed. • Participates in special projects and studies as requested • Maintains confidentiality of patient information and account status. • Manages out of network claims and reconciliation.
