The Finance Coordinator is responsible for accounting administrative duties and supports the Director of Finance. This position supports the smooth and efficient running of the Accounting Department by performing a variety of duties throughout the Accounting office. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, preparing and distributing various daily reports, supporting accounts payable, 3 rd party charge reconciliation, income journal reconciliation, cash variance reconciliation and reporting, contract and insurance administration, monitoring license and permits, and general Accounting inquiries.
