As a Finance Credit Analyst, you will play an important part of the department’s ongoing success related to customer service, cash management and client satisfaction. The role of the Financial Credit Analyst requires a motivated individual who is looking to partner with an industry leading Fortune 10 company. The Financial Consultant position is part of our Revenue Cycle team; a very professional group that manages the client’s financial relationship within CVS Health’s PBM business.
In this role, you will manage an assigned region of clients. Each region may consist of 500 to 700 PBM clients. Each client may vary in terms of revenue. The specific assignment of clients will be at the discretion of the Senior Finance Manager and/or Finance Manager and based on the overall needs of the department.
For the Financial Credit Analyst, no two days are alike. To be successful in this role, you must be able to multi-task and prioritize. In addition to managing, and monitoring, payments related to billed dollars, you (utilizing multiple systems) will be involved with billing, resolving disputes, responding to requests for required documents both internally and externally, supporting our sales team and providing 5 star financial service to their assigned clients.
In addition, the you will be responsible for proactively reviewing late paying clients for pay habit improvement opportunities and troubleshoot, lead, resolve client issues related to financial documents. To achieve this goal, you will needs to work successfully with multiple department’s such as billing, accounts receivable, rebate, legal and finance registration departments on an as needed basis.
The Financial Credit Analyst will also support the department’s policies government tolerances, cash application, offsets, refunds and insufficient funds (NSF). You may be assigned special adhoc projects that will require partnering with various internal colleagues to enhance our departments processes and add value to the entire Revenue Cycle team.
In this role, you may also be assigned responsibility for the preparation, maintenance, reconciliation and distribution of various department reports depending on the needs of the department as well as assist in the training of new hires within the team. 508614
